Rest of Europe (non-EU), Middle East and Africa Identification Requirements

In order to take the test in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region you need to bring one of the following forms of photographic identity to the test centre.  No other documents are acceptable:

  • A current (non-expired), original signed passport
  • A current (non-expired), signed photocard driving licence (full or provisional)
  • A current, original government-issued identity card that carries your photograph and signature

Please ensure the documents you provide are originals, current and signed.

Government-issued identify cards are issued by relevant government agencies as proof of citizenship and must have Roman characters in addition to non-Roman Characters.
