UCAT Launched in Australia and New Zealand

Over the past year we have been working collaboratively with the UMAT (Undergraduate Medicine and Health Sciences Admissions Test) consortium of universities in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).  These discussions have come to fruition and we are pleased to announce that from 2019, the UMAT Consortium will be replacing their current test with the UCAT (University Clinical Aptitude Test).

The new test (the UCAT ANZ), which will have identical test content to the test delivered in the UK, has now been formally launched locally in Australia and New Zealand.

It is anticipated that a full launch will take place in December 2018 once both the current UKCAT and UMAT 2018 test cycles have completed.

The only change for UKCAT Universities and candidates in 2019 will be the change of test name from UKCAT to UCAT.

If you have any queries regarding this development please do not hesitate to get in touch.
