UKCAT Test

The UK Clinical Aptitude Test is used in the selection process by the majority of UK University Medical and Dental Schools.

Candidate Survey 2017

At the end of your test you will be asked to complete a short survey.  UKCAT is interested to find out how candidates prepare to take the test and how this impacts on performance.  Survey results will inform the future development of freely available preparation materials provided by UKCAT - helping candidates who take the test in future years.

Data collected from this survey will be used for research purposes and combined with test data and demographic data obtained from you at registration.  Researchers will have access to anonymised data only and no individuals will be identifiable in subsequent publications.

Your responses to the survey will not be communicated to Universities and whether or not you choose to proceed with the survey will not impact on your application to medical/dental school.

The survey is voluntary and will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.  We are very grateful to candidates for helping us with this work.
